Debbie Hill, EA (she/her)
Debbie Hill is an Enrolled Agent and owner, joining the firm in 2018. Debbie started doing taxes professionally in 2003 with HR Block and was hired by Bay Tax Service in 2008. In 2010, she attained her Enrolled Agent status. Debbie prepares all types of tax returns, Individuals, Corporation, Partnerships and Non-Profits. She especially likes helping clients that are starting businesses, whether as sole proprietors or as an entity. Debbie retired from the post office after 29 years and when not preparing taxes, she likes to paint, travel and hang out with her 4 grandkids and 3 children. Zack Belloni (he/him)
A Salinas native, Zack has many years of tax preparation experience. Under the tutelage of Enrolled Agents Debbie Hill and Margy Dunn, and well on his way to passing his own Enrolled Agent exams, Zack has broadened his tax practice and experience to cover most complicated tax situations. He enjoys spending time with his husband and fur-babies (dogs, cats, and guinea pigs) in his spare time at home.
